Of late i have been noticing a trend in using globes as decor. I am on the hunt for a gorgeous old one for my little one's room as I love that it can be a chic educational tool. Personally, I love the old world feel of the brown one's but equally cool and a little bit retro are the popular blue and green one's. I also love a collection of them. Take these pics as proof that they really can find a home in any space.
Really love this post! I have had a 'thing' about globes every since I could remember! I think their appeal also lies in the fact that they are tactile, I can't resist spinning them around looking for home!
I love globes! They are an iconic vintage classroom teaching aid, as well as, office decor! I loved finger tracing the journey from one destination to another! Love this post about the globe that has been forgotten in a sense! Thank you!
